Statement

Drawn to both natural and man-made structures, I explore the multifaceted nuances of our world in my "Making Peace" series. Featuring architectural design elements, plants, and flowers, these pieces delve into the world of creation and wonder that surrounds us.

My practice resembles spiritual discipline. Rather than hunting for moments of transcendence, I cultivate a way of seeing where, in the mundane, in the everyday life, I see glory.

Artistic Process

My artistic practice is a playful journey of curiosity and introspection. I embrace a child-like playfulness, allowing it to guide me through the creative process. Many times I incorporate creative prayer, a way of connecting with something greater than myself, where each brushstroke and mark becomes a dialogue with the divine.

As I paint and draw I let the subject matter evolve organically, reflecting the complexity of human emotions and experiences. By combining digital and traditional art-making techniques, I create Fusion Prints that are professionally printed on fine art matte paper.

More playful interaction are added to each piece ensuring that no two are identical, mirroring the diverse yet interconnected nature of our individual journeys.

Through my artwork I invite viewers to find moments of wonder within the layers of their own life.

For me, the creative process mirrors faith. Both require deliberate commitment and action, leading us to the evidence of things we hope for but do not see the fullness of right away."
